Theres places in all 5 boroughs that will not check vax status. Smaller, independent places are less likely to enforce this. Not chain eateries, or upscale/trendy places though. I dined in twice last week, though it was not a busy hour and the places were nearly empty.

True. There is a place in Manhattan that never checks me.
i've been checked for the vax in almost zero restertaurants in nyc
I have almost never NOT been checked when dining indoors. I ate at 5 restaurants this week alone and was checked by every one.
Is this really your daily experience in nyc? How often do you eat indoors in restaurants? I’m amazed that we are having such different experiences.
