Funny how all the hate crimes seem to happen in the bluest cities that were suppose to be really tolerant.

And here we are being told by Biden and the Democrats that the people we need to fear are right wingers in red states but you almost never hear about hate crimes in those places.

More Democrat violence. More black on white violence. Only fair to bring up as you know this would be pointed out if the perpetrators were white and the victims black or other "persons of color."

"no one stepped in to help!" That is what the cops are for. You don't want more untrained civilians getting injured and then having to pay hospital bills.

Yep. These are the same people who probably support the disarming of law abiding citizens and these insane bail reform laws. Sorry to see people get assaulted, but you reap what you sow.

In today's world, I refuse to be a good Samaritan in a city/state that is hellbent on catering to the criminal crowd while leaving the law abiding defenseless.

Oh please it's always been like this. I was attacked in the 90s, Female 90 pounds. Plenty of people on the street and no one stepped in.

Do you have any statistics to back up your first sentence?

People refusing to step in is certainly nothing new; of course, you did have some people who would step in then, just as you'd probably have some (no matter how ill-advised) who would step in today. But there is all the more reason to not to so today, especially given the pro-criminal policies that some politicians have supported and enacted.
