Getting Re-hired by NYC DOT?? (2015, inspector, camera)

So in June of 2015 I got hired as a Traffic Control Inspector off of Exam # 0153 for their Mobile Red Light Camera unit. Unfortunately, three days into my employment, I resigned due to family and personal problems.
Although I have taken and passed several other Civil Service Exams for the agency, including, but not limited to, Exam # 0154, Exam # 3027 and Exam # 3062, I am wondering if my actions from June of 2015 will have any negative impacts on me going forward as far as getting rehired.

Got it. They will eventually find out once I disclose it in the CPD-B Booklet, I was just curious if my prior history will hurt me going forward, that's all.
