Not possible and your requirements are unrealistic for Manhattan. New Building, 2baths, nice, new apartments in the areas you mention are SUPER expensive.

Your expectations for 2,500 dollars is not accurate for a 2 bed, 2 bath place.

You should look into the other boroughs within that budget.

Mod cut: not necessary. 10 years is the moving window? NYC is the most expensive joint in this country, especially Manhatten. I think are still shocked at how expensive it is

I don't think people who have never lived in NYC understand that- for Manhattan and many parts of the boroughs:
- a 2 bedroom apartment is a luxury if you are single or a couple. No one has a "guest" room!
- a 2/2 is even more of a luxury. 2/1 is much more affordable than the 2nd bath!

Truer words have never been spoken

I know 2 people with $1 million+ 1 br condos and they only have 1 bathroom in them.
