Help, my husband needs to work in nyc for two more years. We can no longer afford our mortgage so we are selling our nyc coop and planning to buy a mobile home in a spacious, safe mobile home park. Any suggestions? Maybe Orange County or lower Sullivan. No rockland or Westchester as lot rents are higher there. I'm also open to the other side of the Hudson. Please suggest an area that we can look at.

Check with realtors in the Fishkill area-the BGB Mobile home park just south of the town Hall in Fishkill is pretty nice-and they've got a bunch of newer units in there and it's about 5-9 mins to get to the train station from there.
