For what it is worth, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany make the Business Insider “50 Best Places to Live” list: The 50 best places to live in America - Business Insider

Criteria is mentioned at the top of the article/list.

I'd rather live in Atlanta (#50) again than any of those upstate cities.

A lot of these lists are subjective and can be based upon different criteria anyway. That is why I said "For what it is worth".


I did find the income information to be interesting though.
