need suggestion for full-day pre-k programs in horseheads NY (Elmira: public schools, moving)

When we visited school in horseheads, we were told that there are Pre-K programs in public schools and the lottery will decide where you go - which made us decide to choose this area.

However after moving in we found out that even for admission it's a lottery system and unfortunately it's full for the coming school year.

Now we have to find an alternative full day pre-k program for our kid. As we both work full time, we really need the full-day. Any good suggestion we'd appreciate.
