Anyone know how good internet and cell coverage is in Washington county? And availability? Especially high speed internet.
Is it widely and easily available or hit 'n miss?

Verizon wireless coverage maps shows pretty good coverage throughout the county, with some sparse areas toward the VT state line (especially bad along Route 22 and County route 31). I've been checking these myself.

I don’t trust those coverage maps. They don't seem *too* accurate from my experience.
I currently have Sprint and the coverage maps haven't always jived with signal.
But funny enough, that's roughly the area I'm interested in. So of course that's where it would show spotty.

Probably Spectrum as well for internet. There may be some locally based companies as well, like say Westelcom that may service the area in terms of internet.

We have family there in Greenwich. I have Sprint and it doesn't do as well as our family's Verizon. Time Warner or whatever the standard internet service is seems to do fine. Never had a problem with it.

Kept punching in random addresses on the Spectrum page and every single one said please call for availability. All were within the supposed coverage area on the map. Not too promising. Is it really that hit or miss?
