Fairly reliable during normal business hours -- otherwise, a real hit-or-miss, even worse than city (MTA) buses.
Oddly enough, for the past few months now NICE buses can't be tracked in real-time by any app despite the on-board GPS evident on the driver's LCD monitor which very clearly shows the distance to the next stop!
A plus is that calling up NICE actually gets you someone to talk to, whereas with the MTA's 511 there's a million telephone menus and submenus to wade through....
