It looks like a new 2012 G37 coupe would go for $35,500 according to Truecar. So $22,00 2007 with 60k doesn't seem outrageous. But it really depends on what comparable G37's are selling for in your area.
BTW, I doubt there's a premium for manual transmission G37's. I didn't have to pay a premium for my used BMW 330i even though MT's were virtually nonexistent on Southern California dealer lots.
I show clean retail to be between $21k and $23k for a 2007 G35 coupe with manual trans. One thing you need to remember is that the manual cars came with the sport package standard. That package was an expensive option on the automatic equipped cars that a lot of people skipped. The base cost on the manual coupes was higher and they are rarer and more in demand. The clean retail price for a similarly equipped G35 coupe with an automatic and no other packages is about $1,500 less.
To me, the $22k price is the correct ASKING price, but that doesn't mean that's what you should pay. Personally I'd be happy getting it for $20k-$21k assuming the car was in otherwise good shape.

Thanks for your great input. I offered him 20K and he wants more. Let's see what happens. The car looks in great shape and one owner (what I am looking for).

These Infiniti's can run forever if serviced properly. What you are looking for is out there, but perhaps just a bit further distance than you'd like. Even though a Carfax or factory car history won't tell you every little hidden secret, it's a very good base from which to judge.
With that said, I did some research on my favorite site carguru.com. The one I found is in Florida, but isn't the best of deals. Better than the one you found, but the site says it's a bit high. Good negotiation skills can probably land you this car in your price range.

I did find a much better deal out in Washington State, but that would be a challenge for you in Florida.
Just take your time and keep looking. It took me quite some time to find my most recent car, but I've had it now 3 months and enjoy it very much.
Good luck.
They have their quirks. My G35 had an auto trans failure and factory head unit failure which is fairly common. Later G35's with the HR motors also experienced oil consumption issues.
