By this I mean, would you say there are more people who you find physically attractive, or that you find have a personality that fits you/appeals to you?
I'd say for me it's actually personality. The percentage of women I find physically attractive is probably about, to give a rough figure, perhaps 20%, while those with a personality I'd consider for a serious relationship is probably half of that. Of course both are important for most, but just consider each in isolation. It's just that, for me, I don't find the general personality, values, attitudes of the 'average woman' totally appealing, whereas in looks the average woman is at least passable.
Personality. A Gorgeous Dullard and Jerk is never going to be able to compete with a less than Adonis Guy who is interesting, fun to be with and decent. Not in a million years. My most erogenous zone is still my brains...

There are just as many nice, interesting and fun good looking girls
Of course I have to be attractive to someone, but personality is something that can not be over looked. I have to be able to get along with you to be in a relationship with you. Someone's personality can actually make someone more attractive to you and vice versa make a beautiful person very ugly.
