My mom took away my phone and she does have the right to, since she pays for it. I just need tips on how to get it back. She gives me 3 strikes on my phone which I used all of them. (For lying about little things like my house key) She yelled at me in a loud voice about how she works her butt off for everything I want and I listened to her and didn't say anything. I'm worried she will never give me my phone back. And that would be hard especially since I have volleyball and get dropped off everyday from school. But I know if I use any excuse or tell her why I want/need it back she will tell me I hit three strikes and I'm out. Any advice on how to possibly get it back? I'm desperate and can't talk to my friends, family, or anyone else without it. What should I do? Please help me.

Your best bet is to obey your mom's rules. Demonstrate that you can be trusted, even about "stupid" things. And use clean language. Also, don't argue with her, but accept your punishment gracefully, with the understanding that you "earned" it because of your willful disobedience to the rules that she had previously stated to you.
Do these things for a certain period of time, and your mom will probably decide to return your phone, on a probationary basis. Continue to earn her trust and refrain from swearing and she'll let you keep it.
If you're 16 you can, or at leasf get a work permit.depending on local laws. It's possible.if you don't screw up you'll get the phone back, maybe even faster. Oh and stop trying to make excuses to get it back, you'll get it back when she's ready to do so, and you'll be lucky to get it back. I know you've heard the old adage; "I was a kid once," well there's no lie in that.
