Are you indicating that, in this day and age, your siblings have no access to:

1. Email?

2. Texting?

3. Facebook?

4. A mailbox?

Have you NEVER contacted them before now?

Only you can say if the contact with your siblings is worth the pain of communicating with your parents.

Has your therapist suggested telling your parents what your issue with them is? Have you discussed this with them before?

If you wait several years to contact your sisters, they may not care to reestablish contact.

What are you afraid of? Your parents can't do anything beyond trying to reach you. You don't have to answer them. Delete, delete, delete.

Curious about something, because your choice of words leaves this a little vague ...

Did you actually ask for assistance, or just wait for them to offer? I'm curious because you stated twice that they "offered no help."

This makes me think you did not read my thread at all.
You mentioned 'abuse'. You said NOTHING about the abuse being physical. To me, that just sounded like common issues most people have with their parents growing up, but I appreciate the fact that, in trying to help you, I'm insulted. Thanks for that.

If you were physically abused, did you ever report it? You have two siblings at home - are they being abused as well?

Unless something changes, the parents hold the key to communicating with your siblings, so my original comments are still relevant. YOU have to weigh the choice.
