We're relocating to NC in the Spring of '09.

We'd like to find a manufactured home community (age restricted 55+) where we own the land and the home. We do not want a mobile home with land.

We love kids, have a few of our own and some grandkids. But we're retired now and don't want to have to put up with the little ankle-biters on a Saturday morning at 8 am!

Any suggestions where we can find a community with manufactured homes -- with land -- for around $150k? We're retired, so being near a job is not an issue. Also, we prefer city/county water/sewer, new (if possible) or nothing older than 10 years.

We're looking in the Piedmont area, Lake Norman, North of Charlotte.

Thanks.
