5778 rivercreek drive.
Fairview, Washington.
Only $300 a month and the owner says people can move in for free.

Is this fishy? Or am I just paranoid??

Did you google it? You can see what it looks like on the street view of google maps. That's really cheap.

Is that just the lot rental, or the home rental? Contact the owner to find the full story. You will probably have to pay electricity, water and sewer also.

Well...its a mobile home park. I do know that MHP floods, so maybe that affects the value. Washington's rents are cheaper than Greenville, which is certainly not expensive.

Just overall, my recommendation would be to NEVER move into a mobile home park in Eastern NC. The are usually not the safest places.

The Craigslist ad clearly says the $315 is the lot rental including water, sewer and trash. You would have to own a mobile home and have it moved there. You would be responsible for electricity and propane.
