I'm looking for pictures/video footage of the construction in the areas of Dunmore/I81 and when they re-did I380 in the poconos and both north and south was on the same side, one lane in each direction during this time period. It was when i started college and back then i didnt think much of it...now i'd like to "re-live" some of that time period by seeing what I only have memories of. If anyone can direct me to some news footage or sites that have pictures that would be great. Thanks.

Arsenal670,

You might want to try James D. Morrissey, Inc. http://www.jdm-inc.com/.
He was the contractor that worked on I 380 at that time. That construction company also did work on I 84 and I 80. I don’t think that they worked on I 81 - but I could be wrong. I am sure that there are photos someplace as the worked progressed.

Thanks! I'm certainly going to look into him. I just was wondering if there were any newspaper articles or news footage. Hopefully this will lead me in a good direction.
