Are you a non-smoker and is this condo building 100% smoke free? If smoking is allowed in this mid-rise building, the smoke can be distributed to units throughout the building by ventilation ducts especially in the bathrooms. Also, does this building have a "2-pipe" or "4-pipe" central HVAC distribution system or are there individual heating and cooling units (not air handlers) in each apartment? Is there assigned garage parking or must you park on the street? Questions to ask if you are considering buying a unit in the building.

In other words, you know nothing about the place.

That area of Scranton is really nice. There's a mix of nice historic homes in that area. In fact right next door to the "mordern" white condo building is a nice historic apartment building.
