I've found this to be true on this site and craigslist as well. I'm sure there are others. I am located on the border of my state and right next to two other borders, I don't see other users from these areas in the NEPA section, here. We don't fall under any categorical location. I'd like to say PA/NY/NJ, but how would that work on these sites?

On this list it's still NEPA, even if there are no other board members from the area. I'd title my post(s) with the town/area/county name so that the one or two people who might answer will see it.
