On 395 hov, hybrids dont have to pick up sluggers and can ride solo. Some cars have curvedroofs and plugs but many hybrids look identical to their gas cousins. It almost seems the only visual difference is the rear stickers. Seems like a possible solution to buy the sticker unless one drives a Denali suv.

Don't hold your breath. They're not stickers, you have to have a special plate. And the state stopped issuing them.

The plates also dont transfer. So if you buy someones car that currently has a hybrid plate, that doesnt mean you get that hybrid plate for HOV purposes.
