I have an appointment in Bethesda - last week in July, on a Monday morning at 8.30. On previous appointments, it took me between 1 and 2 hours to get there, but those were during the week and later in the day. Does anybody have a tip when I should leave? Is 6 am too late? Thank you very much!

This commute takes a good 2 hours if you don't have access to HOV and the hotlanes. If you ride a motorcycle about an hour. I commute from just north of the Quantico Exit to tenleytown. It takes me 1 hour on average with my motorcycle.
