So I was driving in Fairfax on Fairfax Boulevard and noticed this place, which I have never seen or heard of before in my life. Has anyone been there before? Anyone has any opinions if it's a good place and if they see it expanding in the region as a possible alternative to the mundane fast food options we currently have?

i had it for the first time a few weeks ago. did not like the food at all. the drive-thru was fast, though...and the lady was friendly.

Yeah, but the nearest S'nS is in Fredricksburg (by I-95 exit 126). We regularly stop by there when we visit King's Dominion.
Freddy's itself is a franchise so depending on the store YMMV. Their Yelp reviews are mixed:
