We had a horrible tragedy occur yesterday morning in Ashburn. A jogger was hit by a car and killed. She was a single mom with two daughters and the entire situation is just awful. I just want to remind everyone that goes outside to exercise early to please be extra vigilant, as groggy drivers may not be able to see you in the dark. Take care and be safe.
