It's extremely unusual that someone would get caught this amount of times. I actually do sympathize w/ the OP. I've owned a car for 26 years in FFX County and I've been nabbed ONCE...and I can confidently say that there have been a number of years where I was past due (by a month or two).

That truly sux. Hide your car till you get your car inspected. I highly doubt you will get much sympathy for this from a judge. I hope you were getting money to get whatever is preventing you from passing your inspection fixed when you visited your parents.

My husband and I were on our first date and he got pulled over on the toll road (Fairfax County) and received a ticket for dead inspection and dead tags. Later that night we were pulled over in Loudoun County for the exact same thing and did not receive a ticket since we already had one. We showed it to the cop and we went on our merry way.
