What can I say, I love rain in the middle of July. It makes all the greenery perk up and the sky is so clean and fresh afterwards. I've been waiting for this rain all day, thought maybe all we'd get would be a few sprinkles. But finally, finally, finally it's started!

Oh man, looks like the storm's ended already--before I even finished typing my first post. That was fast, like someone tipped over a bucket. Oh well, even a little rain will wash dust out of the sky. And I suppose the good news is it won't snarl rush hour traffic.

Here in Fairfax/Burke there were about 2 raindrops. Is it heading my way?
