I've noticed that most airlines do not allow pets to be carried on flights to Hawaii (Delta, US Airways, etc). Does anyone know of any airlines that do? I will be traveling with a cat. Thanks!

Don't they have very strict laws about pets coming to Hawaii or any of the other islands? There are quarantine rules if your dog or cat does not meet their criteria.
Here is a webpage regarding these issues:Animal Quarantine Information — Hawaii Department of Agriculture
Seems you may have some difficulty flying your cat there. If you are relocating, check the website above for the rules, regs. etc. Scroll all the way down the page, many resources and information for you to make yourself aware of regarding transporting your pet. It doesn't sound like pets are allowed in the cabin due to the Quarantine policies of the State of Hawaii. And, it would be best to make yourself aware of the hazards of a pet flying in the storage area of a plane. Proceed w/ caution: Here is one link http://www.theamericandogmag.com/dog...o-fly-in-cargo
If you are vacationing, I'd find a cat sitter at home. Good luck to you.

Alaska Airlines is the only one.

Traveling with Pets to Hawaii - Alaska Airlines

Traveling with Pets - Alaska Airlines

We moved to Big Island in August 2012 with two dogs, carried on in cabin, with no problems. We got the direct release permit from the state of Hawai'i and the vet met our plane.

Good luck. The requirements are complicated, but very do-able.

Most if not all of the airlines will carry pets, but they go as cargo and not passengers. Alaska Air is the only one I know of which will allow pets in the cabin. Contact them for specifics. There are also a lot of quarantine requirements to meet, check the state quarantine webpage and follow the directions exactly or your pet will be sent back to the mainland instead of being allowed to stay in Hawaii when it lands.
