Our family is thinking about a move to the piketon area. I have been looking at the numbers; School ratings, income medians, housing markets. We have 1 job bringing us there; but I will need an ER to occupy my time. So, we want a nice communtiy, reasonable and affordable housing; I would like to rent at first. Any ideas? We need at least 4 bedrooms,at least 2 bath, maybe a walk-in for me?, living and familyrooms, open kitchen plan, 2 car garage. Something VERY clean. Non- smoking! Prefer wood/tile flooring, hate carpet, but as little carpet as possible. Yard, NOT trashed. Groomed would be prefered. We are very good renters. Extremely clean and careful regarding caring for the property of others, respectful. I should think that a reasonable rental price would range from 1,000.00 to 1,500.00. Excluding utilities of course.
Does anyone have any idea's or perhaps even such a home for rent? We will be based at the local gaseous diffusion plant for 10 years; and I will be looking for a nice, busy ER to keep busy in. Perhaps, if it is nice, a lease to own arrangement might be disscussed. We will; naturally be buying after a year or so, once we get a feel for the area, market, values, ecomony, etc. But; a nice, clean rental sounds good to me, for a while. Please respond if you have any information.....
