Does anyone know what the construction going on in this area is all about? There are at least three large cranes that have been set up for a while.

TDAmeritrade is building a large 12 story corporate headquarters in that Old Mill campus area

Haha the Vortex? Some guy wanted to build that for an observation tower somewhere near Omaha. Obviously that was never going to happen. I think 70s ish time period.

Actually, think late 90's/early 2000's and Downtown Omaha. It fizzled out quickly though.
