Hey guys....

I've been to the family dollar and I know there is a 99¢ and more store, but what I am looking for is a store extremely cheap and has a variety of goods for the home. In Nyc most of these stores would be run by any ethnicity and most of the goods would be made in China and there would be a big variety of items.

Where can I find a place like this in Omaha. In Nyc this would be the typical 99¢ store.

You never specified no chain stores.

Never heard of any other "99 cent" type store other than dollar tree in Omaha.

About-a-buck was great, but unfortunately you're a few years too late for that. I really don't know of any others. There's a dollar store in place of About-a-buck, but I've heard it's not much, and of course almost nothing is a dollar. As of right now, yeah, I'd say Dollar Tree is your best bet. But go and check out that one at Benson Gardens Boulevard (~80th) and Blondo. I believe the name is "Dollar Plus", so...

You can take the 8 bus there. From Crossroads TC it's about ten minutes

Dollar Tree is your best best. No reason to limit yourself to non chain stores as they all sell the same product.
