I guess this is a long shot, but here goes. In two weeks, I will need to be somewhere at 7:00 am. Looking for taxi/cab/ride share services on the web does not fill me with hope. But maybe the reviews saying they have been left stranded by a taxi or Lyft or Uber are out of date??

Dos anyone have a ride service they can recommend as reliable for early morning transport?

And no, family/friends are not an option for this.

I’ve not had any problems with either taxi service or Lyft in Omaha (I have never tried Uber), but of course that doesn’t mean a problem can’t happen. The softest option is to schedule the service to get you there much earlier than you actually need to be there, just in case you have to call again. I’d also check to see if the bus service can get you there.

Thanks for your reply. I'm in the northwest--so no bus service. I need to be somewhere at 7:00 am and thought I would say I need to be there at 6:30 am. It's just all the Yelp reviews saying folks have been left stranded for early morning rides.

People always report problems, they never report when the service does well. I've taken both taxis and Lyft to the airport for 6 AM flights for years and have never had a problem. (I have probably just jinxed myself!)
