Hi, im from Puerto Rico. Im looking for places family oriented on a comute of 30 minutes to Irvine. Looking for good afordable housing. I notice that Cost of living in Irvine are insane!!!! What do you guys recomend??? Thanks!

If you are alone there are rooms for rent that are less than $1000. If you need a 2 bedroom apartment plan on paying more than $2000.

A 2bdr in my nice complex at the Y in Irvine is $2200-2400 right now and China/Iran is snapping it up so best get here quick because it's going like hot cakes.
