How can I find out who owns a piece of property in Klamath falls estates in Klamath Falls, Oregon? I had 5 actors in the 90's, lost it in a divorce, my ex passed away, and I don't know what became of it. Unfortunately, I have no more information than our names.

You are probably going to have to call the county assessor.

Here in Klamath Falls, anything with the word Estates in it is nothing more than a trailer park, and a trashy one at that. Forget the property. You wouldn't want it.

Not quite true. Yeah there some dumps out there. There are also some nice areas with good properties and homes in some areas, you have to be picky about where you choose to buy property.

My guess is contact the County Records Office, they can get you started on your search. But after so many years if the taxes haven't been paid, it may have gone back to the county and sold at a Sheriffs auction.
