My husband and I are interested in some properties in the PUD of Olivia Beach in the Nelscott neighborhood of Lincoln city. Just wondering if anyone actually owns one or has stayed there and what your impressions are. Thanks so much for reading !

My friend owned a vacation cottage there for over 30 years. Unfortunately it was broken into several times in recent years when they stopped using it as much. So she decided to sell it.

It's Lincoln City.
Old beach cabins, Renovated beach cabins. New or rebuilds.
Nice beach. But there are miles and miles of beaches.

Our place ( now sister's) up the road in PC. We are relative new residents at 44 years.

Don't hate you at all. Calif $$$ is needed to stabilize RE pricing and minimize the RE cycles.

My experience with Lincoln city isn't too bad. Lots of rain and some good people and a nice music scene. I wouldn't want to live there, good place to visit.
