Hagerty is a highly rated high school, but so is Oviedo High and Winter Springs.

Hagerty school zone map is here - http://www.scps.k12.fl.us/Portals/0/..._Zone_2009.pdf

Unfortunately if you looking to get something under 120K your choices will be limited in seminole county, but not impossible. You can get nice townhomes, or older single family homes that may need some updating or a bit of work. Twin Rivers has a couple choices in your range that should be zoned Hagerty

Just depends on what you're looking for? Size, Bedrooms, condition needed, upgrades desired?

Check the community of Summerfield in Chuluota but right over the Oviedo line, beautiful homes, gated community, beautiful landscaping, GREAT schools, Haggerty is the high school there. Far enough out but still close to everything. DR Horton and Suntec are the builders. Low HOA fees! It's worth the look!!!!!!
