Hello all...would anybody by any chance know of any front desk positions that are being offered right now? I'm looking to quit my job for something more suitable for me. I've posted my resume' online and have done some looking. I would prefer a job where I don't work Saturdays or Sundays. If you could point me in the right directions I would really appreciate it. Thanks alot.

Get ahold of the Sunday's Orlando Sentinel.
They have an employment section.
Look under Hotel/Motel. Or it might be under Hospitality.

What about working for Disney? Here is their hotline: WDW Jobline - 407 828 1000

Or for the school systems? Here is Osceola County's employment website: The School District of Osceola County, Florida

I worked as a temp for years but I know that jobs are more limited now. However, look into Kelly Services or Appleone. These are not only great resources for jobs but also offer training for them as well.

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.

Actually, I think Candlewood La Quinta and Springwood Suites in Lake Mary are hiring. Don't know if that's too far. Craiglist is another good place to check. Good luck!

Default School Secretary

Check the public school job hotlines. There are usually a number of postions offered. Obviously, there are a lot more secretarial type jobs offered just before school starts or towards the end of the school year - but there are sporadic openings during the school year.
