Good afternoon. Can anyone provide me with info pros and cons about Toscana (Dr. Phillips) Townhomes?

How is the community?

HOA?

Amenities?

My son is 13. Lots of kids ?

Safe?

Etc.. etc...

Thank you.

I’ve never lived there but I remember reading on here that their HOA has very strict parking rules. It’s a safe area though. I would search the forum for Toscana and see what you can find.

I’ve lived in Toscana for over a year now. The neighborhood seems really safe. Hoa is good. They have helped me when I needed it, and haven’t bothered me about anything. Parking on street is strict as said above, But It’s never concerned me. Pool is nice. Haven’t used the gym at all. Plenty of kids out and about but they seem younger than teens.

Thanks for all the great insights! Last week I saw a few townhomes over there. They are really nice looking inside and outside in the front but the backyards are tiny. The houses are really bunched up closely to each other too. I love the area and location but I’m not sure if I will but there because on the surface it doesn’t have the homely feel to it.

It's a nice area, especially given the price.
