Hello,

Wondering if its possible to find apartments in the $1400-1600 range in the Orlando area. ideally around 30-45 mins from the parks at most. I'm looking for safe quiet areas.

What areas do you recommend?

There are lots of 2 bedrooms in the $1600 range.

Safe, sure.

Quiet, meh. You'll probably wind up either near I-4 with the constant drone of traffic in the background or in the flight path of MCO.

"The parks" aren't right next to each other so you'd first probably want to pick which one you want to be 30-45 minutes from.

Maitland and Winter Park score well for both safe and quiet yet are minutes north of downtown Orlando and about 20-30 minutes to the parks.
