We're still trying to make our final decision for our anniversary dinner, which will take place next Tuesday, July 15th. I'd like to get an idea on which of these is best on the following criterion:
a-atmosphere
b-dress code or lack of one
c-menu items, including dessert

Price is not a huge issue, but if there are two that are about the same quality, and one is significantly cheaper than the other, I'd like to hear that too. Thanks to all for your help!

I have been to the first two and would highly recommend Texas de Brazil. Great food and laid back atmosphere and tons of fun. I was not too impressed with Charley's. Very pricey for the amount of food you get and the steaks were not the best I have ever had. I also like Seasons 52 in Dr. Phillips off of Sandlake for anniversaries and special events.

Ok....I fully confess to being an International Drive snob.....I go to the far north end to Bass Pro Shop and leave as fast as I can.....but I'll ask
Where on Int'l drive is this Texas de Brazil?

It is across from the Festival Bay Mall. It is a pinkish colored building at the front of the parking lot, easily visible from I Drive.

You are missing out on a great way to get to the mall at Millenia via the back way, just don't go too far east on Oak Ridge as it gets rough. The Premium Outlets have been redone too, but I have yet to go to provide my critique.
