Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you.

As I get older, I'm becoming more and more a real tightwad with my time.

What return will I get on my investment of spending even two minutes, let alone 2 hours, on this or that. or spending it with this or that person?

If the return of my investment seems negligible, skip!

A sense of frantic-ness seem to be setting in more and more each day, frantic to squeeze all I can out of the "remaining coins" I have left.

Excellent analogy of time and coins, Misty. We can spend either foolishly or wisely.

Time can only be used. You can't save it because the clock doesn't stop.

If I had a nickel for every time I received a credit card application in the last decade, I would probably have enough $ to buy a new home!

The wisdom comes knowning when and how to spend it foolishly or wisely.

Spend your coin on, 'Serenity'......

"Your days are short here; this is the last of your springs. And now in the serenity and quiet of this lovely place, touch the depths of truth, feel the hem of Heaven. You will go away with old, good friends. And don't forget when you leave why you came."

Adlai E. Stevenson
