You sound like my dad and my brother. I don't enjoy foods that are too spicy-hot. I like some kick to it, but not so much fire that I taste only the fire and not the FOOD! If I had bad allergies, though, I'm sure I'd try anything and everything that might naturally lessen the symptoms.

Onions and garlic? Hmmm.

I knew about the spicy hot stuff but I never thought that two of my favorite foods would help.

I've never been a fan of hot or spicy food but I guess i'm gonna have to start eating it more often.

Dave, besides Hot Mexican Food, it's always good to have a Hot Mexican Seniorita with it.

I never had any problems with allergies... until I took allergy medication one time and I found out that I'm allergic to it...
