Happy Friday, kids! It's time for Today's Tip, so scroll on down and check it out!

SOOTHE YOUR NAUSEA

Just about everyone has nausea at one time or another; some much more often than others. Here are some home remedies which can help you feel better.
  • Ginger. Ginger tea, ginger ale or even nibbles of fresh ginger can calm your tummy.
  • Acupressure. Pressing on the right spot on your inner wrist may do the trick.
  • Manage anxiety. If you feel nauseous, try not to worry about it, as that will just make you feel worse. Some deep breaths and sips of water can help you refocus your thoughts and feel better.
  • Stretch. Stretching your neck and upper back may help relieve your nausea. Who knew?
  • Lemon. Slice a fresh lemon and place it close enough so that you can smell it but not so close that the citrus is overwhelming. Inhale and exhale fully. This method can relieve your upset tummy.
There are a bunch of other remedies, and details on how to apply the above tips, in this great article I found. Check it out!

Thanks Pam another good one.
