-or home container ? Air-tight canisters for flour & sugar, individual small containers for salt, etc.

A/C & heating systems take care of this for us.

-or home container ? <---- Arcoroc glass canning jars for staples such as flour, sugar, coffee, brown sugar; small clear plastic containers for rice, powdered sugar, dried peas and beans, tea bags.

-original store packaging ? Generally this. Storage here isn't too big a deal. Houston was a bit different. Even though the house had A?C there were humidity and bug issues.

-original store packaging..... I usually buy flour in smallish amounts. Sugar comes in a plastic container, spices in bottles or is bought in small amounts from the co-op. In the summer I use fresh herbs from the garden.
