A women I used to work with recently got married to an older guy I also knew, I had quite a bit in common with him because we were about the same age and grew up in the same area. I was sitting around the other morning talking with his now wife and she got laughing about how he likes to walk down to the mailbox in the morning to retrieve the morning paper in just his robe and the other morning on his way out his feet shot out from under him and he rode a mud wave down the embankment to the mailbox on his butt cheeks in his robe and no undies, apparently she was watching him out the front window and if she was in the same kind of shape she was in as she was telling the story she was no help to him at all.

OMG! My dh would have been totally unapproachable for the day. And God help anyone who even cracked a smile. It would never be mentioned again...

My spouse does stupid things all the time, but I don't find them the least bit amusing.
On the other hand, a friend of mine told me about a time when her husband was out doing some raking and stuff in their front yard when he heard a strange noise coming from a pile of debris in the yard of the vacant house next door. He decided to go 'investigate' and, literally stirred up a hornets nest! He took off, with them in hot pursuit while she stood there watching with, I would imagine, a cross between horror and side-splitting laughter!
