Soft Bavarian Pretzels with fresh butter,peanut butter with dill pickles,hikes into the mountains,deals when shopping,playing music and so much more.

Some of my favorite things are oil and gas,hot weather,Texas,Arizona,New Mexico,America,Halloween,hunting,fishing,camping,b eaches,mountains,volcanoes,snakes,Christmas,Easter ,Turkey Day,guns,my family,finance,girls,dogs and cats,friends and Jesus.

Finding that lonely MM or WW under the couch cushion breaks the natural law of the 5 second rule
Yes for the giant hard pretzel sticks with the heavy encrusted salt.. dip them in creamy peanut butter then chocolate pudding.. so yummy
Finding a penny or maybe a dime in the parking lot..
See a new baby calve being dropped on a new sunny day as mother keeps on chewing her cud..
Watching the birds at the feeder..
Seeing children discover something new and wondrous as the eyes are wide...
Teaching a very young child how to put a worm on a hook for the first time..

A Few of Our Favorite Things

  • Coming home and entering the house hearing that familiar voice from a distant room saying “honey is that you?”.
  • Waking up in the morning and hearing the birds feeding outside in the backyard.
  • Having a cool breeze blow in from the opened window of the house.
  • The smell of fresh flowers growing outside in the yard.
  • Driving in town when there’s less traffic on the road.
  • The flavor of your best bottle of wine with cheese.
  • The warmth of someone you love next to you in bed.
  • The sound of children in the neighborhood when they hear the ice-cream truck coming down the street.
  • The sound of newborn birds coming from a nest high up in the tree.
  • The smell of fresh rain coming down.
  • Hearing a complement from a coworker or manager.
  • The smell of baby powder in the room.
  • The fragrance of apple blossoms.
  • The silence of standing in the middle of a large open field on a farm.
  • The smell of bacon & eggs cooking in the morning as you get up.
  • Coffee, just coffee…………… lol
