I can do electrical, plumbing, carpentry, some pc repair, communications with cable/DLS/telephone, work on LAN networks, ISDN, service PBX switching, some automotive, and I can BBQ. However I’m best at retirement………………….

I'm in good shape for my age - I'll do the push-ups but I'm not doing the 10 minute mile.

As for the rest of the list...eh, not so much.
Can ride a bike, though I've no idea at what rate/speed.
