Today’s Questions:
Do you own a bathroom scale? - Nope.

What are your hobbies, and how did you become interested in them? - D/K if this counts but now that I have more time and feel more comfortable going out in certain settings, I have been watching and attending more women's college basketball games lately. Great fun / entertainment and very cheap which is going to help allow me to go more often for the balance of their short season. A very underrated sport in my eyes.

I like to cook and fix my own meals. Back when I was 20 I got to be friends with someone who was 24. We worked indirectly for the same company. He had me over for dinner a few times and I ate many things for the first time. Learned from him by far the most. We are still friends 47 years later.

Walking / general exercise. Most of my life I've been athletic. I played softball in leagues until I was 31 yo.

I like to listen to music and attend live shows, especially in small venues. Used to go often before the pandemic. Got into music on my own and when I was very young fooling around with a transistor radio.

What is the one food item that you never get tired of? - Tie between chocolate muffins, pizza, and ice cream. I eat very healthy otherwise but those 3 are weaknesses.

How many different types of hats do you own? - Regular wool type for winter, and some baseball types.

If you had the chance to go up in a spacecraft and experience a few minutes of weightlessness as Elon Musk’s guest, would you go? Why or why not? - I'll stay as far away from Elon Musk as possible. Regardless I have no interest in experiencing that.

What is your least favorite color? - IDK.

Are you watching the Winter Olympics? If so, which events are you most interested in? - Not watching and have no plans to.

Thanks, Bay!

Good Morning

Today’s Questions:
Do you own a bathroom scale?

How often do you use it? About twice a week

What are your hobbies, and how did you become interested in them? Sewing. My mother--she made us an entire Barbie wardrobe, they were amazing. I still have a few. So from a very young age I was inspired and had easy access a needles, threads and fabric, around age four.

What is the one food item that you never get tired of? Pizza

How many different types of hats do you own? hmmm, different types--probably three.

If you had the chance to go up in a spacecraft and experience a few minutes of weightlessness as Elon Musk’s guest, would you go? Why or why not? Yes--it would be an interesting experience.

What is your least favorite color? Red

Are you watching the Winter Olympics? If so, which events are you most interested in? I used to be really into them--then I watched the documentary "Icarus". I lost faith--so much cheating going on. What is the sense of watching the Olympics if they are not a fair contest for the medals? I can't watch them in good faith. Pretty sad adults cannot be trusted.

Today in History:
1978 – The Blizzard of 1978, one of the worst Nor'easters in New England history, hit the region, with sustained winds of 65 mph and snowfall of four inches an hour.1987 – I do remember that one--I do think the Blizzards we got several years ago tops that one--it was two blizzards in a row in the same week. I remember our snow piles next to our driveway went over four feet!

Thanks for the History lesson Bay
