If 'taxidermy' comes after 'tavern' when arranged alphabetically (which it does) then yes, why not?

Nice to know you can find out where to get sauced and stuffed without having to look too hard.

If I was searching the yellow pages for a nightclub I don't think I'd be looking under tavern. The term seems antiquated.

But they're different things. Taverns are where working men go at the end of the day to drink beer and shoot the sh*t whereas nightclubs are where 'young' people go to take ecstasy and dance till they pass out to rib-crackingly loud techno music. You need to be able to specify to find an establishment that suits your particular needs.
