People who complain about conditions at their former employer's and most of their issues were the responsibility of the individual employees themselves.

Amen to that Alice !!!

adding mine

Cashiers who think it is ok to lick their fingers to make it easier to open the plastic bags before putting your stuff in them.
I saw this last night at the drugstore, so when it was my turn, I said " I don't need a bag thank you" After I left I called and suggested they provide the cashier with a wet sponge or towel.

Not only with employers but in any circumstance. I have witnessed this lately......pretty much a lot.
People have to learn to take responsiblity. Instead they shrug it off and put the blame else where.

I have to agree, though my former employer I was pretty much what built the company. Heck I hired myself and they relied on me for a lot, but then they compensated a lot too, so no complaints there. What it comes down to, is if you cant do the job, or dont want to follow the rules, quit, and let someone who appreciates it have the job.

Those who have issues and complain about their job, company, or employees and have no positive answers to correct the very problems they are complaining about.

Have a solution not just a problem.

We have a coven in this office that continuously bend the rules and try the manager's patience and are the 1st to tell people how bad they have it and how the manager's "pick" on them.

Drives us up the wall.

The bad thing about being self employed is you only have yourself to blame or solve the problem! The mirror never lies or avoids the truth!!

Other than the typical "G.I. gripes" I had a GREAT last employer; the USAF! (But yeah, I can relate to everyone's complaints!)

A professor at Washington University used to tell the students, 'If you don't have a solution, then you are part of the problem'. He would tell us at the Fri. afternoon teas that he was tired of hearing complaints from some of the students who never offered any solutions nor suggestions.
