Where is the place that you believe if everyone just saw it for themselves, they would want to move there? For me, it is hands down,

Maine during Autumn
and
Maine after the first snowfall

Thats a good question. I've been to Park City, Utah in March and it was beautiful, but I wouldn't live there. Myrtle Beach was amazing.

The Hill Country area of south central Texas. It's just as beautiful down there IMO as other scenic areas I've seen up in Missouri and over in Arkansas.

Carmel/Monterey California if you could afford it, some of the most scenic coastline in the world.

No specific place. just a place where there are no cops and no government would be real nice. A commune of Hippies would be perfect. No hate mail please, that is where I want to live.

I already live there, North central Nebraska in the sandhills region. You get 4 seasons each year. Open country, truly "God's Country"!!!

This would be my choice also. Not just because it is so beautiful, but because the people are still a little old fashioned and normal.
