“Rudolph" was actually created by Montgomery Ward in the late 1930's for a holiday promotion?

I was there!! Just kidding! All's I knew ( I don't really talk like this) is Davy Crockett and Rudolph the red nosed reindeer were sung around my house a lot when I was a kid........................

I think they went out of business entirely. I knew they closed up shop here on the Suncoast a # of years ago. Shame because they were a good business!
