I don't get too upset about either. I guess I will vote "finding hair in your food" since that would bother me plenty if I was eating at a restaurant or something.
Food in my hair can be washed out. Hair in my food kills the whole meal for me, because not having eyes to see it, I usually find out by feeling it on the roof of my mouth or my tongue. And then I just wonder how many more hairs there are! Yuck!
Finding hair in your food... especially when it's been cooked into it... AND it's not YOUR color... LOL... THAT'S disgusting!!!!!
